Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. 

Shipping times
We ship from our warehouses located in Canada. We currently ship to only Canada with plans to expand to new countries in 2024!
